Take a rest day once a week from doing push ups during this challenge. On your rest day you can do ACTIVE recovery. Which means not to just sit around and do nothing. Below are a few videos I would recommend you do on your “rest days” to get some more work in!

I would also recommend mixing up your hand placement from normal to close and wide to hit the muscles in your chest a different way! Stick with it and you WILL get results! Try MAXING out again after your 30 days are up!
KEEP IN MIND! Your diet is also an important factor in this as well! So be mindful of that! What you do in the kitchen should match your goals. Trying to gain? Caloric surplus. Trying to lose? Caloric deficit.

I just 10 regular push ups and I gotta say it was harder then i remember I'm 44 haven't worked out in years think I need to start from step 1 and get some rhythm back into my body

Just what I need. I’m a 37 yr old mom of 9 (yes NINE is not a typo) weighing in at 132 lbs, so pretty tiny arms. lol. I fell on some steps last summer and broke my right arm and wasn’t able to work out upper body for several months and now I can do ONE push-up and no pull-ups.🤦🏾‍♀️ lol. So this is perfect for having to start all over. Thank you brother❤️💪🏾
I could do push-ups 75 in a set but now my shoulders won’t allow me because they kill me so I do knee pushups got to fatigue do more is this okay. Every time I try to do reg push-ups my shoulders hurt
I've been dealing with nerve/muscle atrophy on my right side. Left side is good when it comes to muscle growth. Right side requires more work to rebuild the muscle. Any isolated exercises I can do to prevent myself from looking 'uneven'…and to get the right side caught up to the left? Thanks in advance.

He's doing them too fast. Do the exercise right & slower. Fast doesn't equal better results
Damn, after all these years,, he just taught me to understand why muscles micro tear in less than 3 seconds….without all of that overexplaining. Now I'm motivated even more.
