Take a day once a week from doing pull ups during this challenge. On your rest day you can do ACTIVE recovery. Which means not to just sit around and do nothing. Below are a few videos I would recommend you do on your “rest days” to get some more work in!

I would also recommend mixing up your grip from normal to close and wide to hit the muscles in your back and biceps a different way! Stick with it and you WILL get results! Try MAXING out again after your 30 days are up!
KEEP IN MIND! Your diet is also an important factor in this as well! So be mindful of that! What you do in the kitchen should match your goals. Trying to gain? Caloric surplus. Trying to lose? Caloric deficit.

I was actually gonna start doing pullups again today. I started 300 pushups a day Monday. Crazy timing
These videos changed my life. I feel much better physically. On top of that, surprisingly, I'm much better at math and school too. These workout s help me feel more focused and energetic throughout the day.

I just bought a pull up bar, you always on time.
So, I´ve been following all the other challenges, I just begun with the latest 30 day (after completing the dumbell one), I´d like to try this (and the push up challenge one) but I´m not sure if I can do this along the other challenges, I´m afraid to overextend. So any recommnedations?

I use the assisted pull up machine at the gym but I can only do 5 at a time so its three handles on it I can do five each is that a good machine to start on until I can do it on my own body wight..?

From my personal experience, the inverted rows were excellent in helping me to gain in the pull ups department. The only thing I did a bit different was to elevate my legs. Either bend your knees or use a exercise ball to elevate your legs. Make sure to train some isolation holds at the top of your inverted rows too.

He did it!! Thanks man! Btw on the pushup challenge, I initially did 34 (with low quality/bad form most likely) and today I did it again and did 37 quality pushups before collapsing. Small difference in quantity but big in quality. I actually made it through a 30-day challenge. Big thanks dude!!!!
