I used to do these but i stopped bc whenever I got warm or I exercised, i would itch and it would BURN. coming back in nnn bc i figured if i put music on it would distract me from the pain.

I am now officially an OG returner bully

by day 5 my stamina has increased tremendously. not gonna lie it still kicked my butt I had to take short 5-10 sec breaks during some of the exercises. all in all eat right and stay dedicated guys you got this. THANK YOU BULLY JUICE!!

Day 1 – Just got done with the first workout. Really fun, but im already pretty sore now. Im excited for tommorow!
Day 2 – More easy than yesterday, i had a lot of fun doing this!
Day 3 – Damn, this got me out of breath, im taking a shower in sweat rn, but it was fun!

Question: So do I choose one of the warm ups listed, then do exercise 1 then exercise 2 for that respective day and then choose a cool down listed as well to complete a full day?…

Thanks for these videos!! This 30 day challenge was Excellent. Easy to follow, informative, focused and motivational. In August 2021, I was at 199 lbs which was the heaviest I'd been and my bloodwork was not great. I cut out fast/fried foods, soda and sugary items/desserts and needed a workout plan at home. I started following your 20 min full body workout & 20 min fully body stretch for about 2 weeks in October and that led me to this challenge. I dropped 22 lbs by the end of the 2021 and feel good. I just got a pair of dumbbells' and have started the 30 day dumbbell challenge. Really appreciate you posting these videos! MASSIVE THANKS To YOU!

im 256 rn and i wanna start but i dont know what i should not be eating i know i should cut what i eat in half and i feel like i should eat like 1 small bowl and a lot of water please i need some tips im tired of being fat and i wanna change my life.
