In this video, I’m going to share with you all a 30 day workout program that will consist of 1-2 videos each day! Your entire body will be hiit!

THIS FOLLOW ALONG 45 DAY WORKOUT WILL INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING EXERCISES: Warm-ups to start this workout routines and cool downs to end them. There will also be high knees, jumping jacks, burpees, mountain climbers, planks, plank skiers, push ups, leg lifts, pike presses, glute bridges, calf raises, arm circles, crunches, supermans, back exercise, the list goes on and on! LETS GOOO!

Hello, I'm new to your channel. I absolutely love your videos and positive vibes and energy! I'm on a new weight loss journey. I'm a single 300 pound mom and I want to become healthier not just for myself but for my five year old son. I have no clue of what I'm doing and where to start. However I have been changing my eating habits and as of today starting placing healthy smoothies in my journey. What exercises do you recommend for someone my size just beginning besides walking? Can I get some help to understand the PDF files? I am not really sure how am I supposed to know which workout/ workouts go for day 1…day 2, and so on…:( I have purchased the PDF, and it gives me 2 files…each with 30 days challenge.
