The percentage indicates how much i was able to do. Also i didn't focus on my diet. These might be the factor for my low gains. But I'm moving to the Level 2 with a proper plan. So Level 2 would be high gains!

I’m skinny but I’m pretty strong but I wanna get toned sum muscle but I have a fast matablisim what do you recommend for that?
Was doing so good til day 8 where I fell into a depressed state and went back to bad eating habits… Gonna bounce back and start over however.

30 day finished, I’m feeling more athletic overall, stamina improved, vertical, improved, muscle mass and strength improved, what I recommend is try your BEST to stick with form okay, you don’t need to go all out but ALWAYS make sure to have good form throughout the program and I promise you will see results , and drink water whenever you can. I just finished day 30 today but I've not been eating healthy during the 30 day period. Nevertheless i can see great changes in my body, what more if I ate healthy then for sure the results would be much more better
One question do you do this before or after your workout?
So far if this
Day one – hard but was able to do it
Day two- bit easier but still tough
Day theee- really easy and not to tough
Day four- tougher but able to do it
Day five- hard but did it
Day six- pretty easy
Day seven- was not able to do it because of soreness and time issues
Day eight- very tough but felt good to do and I definitely could already see a change of my strength

Finished my 30 days today
I weight 140 lb before
I gained 4 pounds so 144 lb :')
No changes in chest, waist, stomach measurement.
Can I just do the thirty minute full body workout everyday instead?

Well I did it. Along with the nightly workout and dumbell routines a few days a week and I still look almost the same.
I'll give ya there's a little change, but I've also been doing smoothies with a lot of good fruit and avocado and such and also been drinking apple cider vinegar everyday.
But really not much difference.
My shoulders are… slightly bigger, and my stomach like 10ish% slimmer.
But I'd still say I still have skinny-fat bod.
Thin but with a stomach bump.
More thin than anything unless I sit.
I mean i was skipping most jumping jack sets cuz I workout in my room upstairs and I'd take the house down. But yeah thats it really.
Good workouts though all in all.
Maybe I should just go harder

Been getting back into this workout since I recovered from being really sick, not being able to do any exercises or physical activity for the past month and a half had really taken a toll on my progress, going from 190 back to 200.
Now that I've got my motivation back, going back at it again. It's nice to feel the pump again.

Hey Mr Juice, I want to start your first 30 day work out program, but I have no upper body strength. I have to do them on my knees ( I'm talking 5 then rest…weak). Do you think it will still be effective for me. Any suggestions?
I'm currently at 192lbs 40.4% body fat. Will this program be enough enough our show in do more cardio first to get my body fat down?

I'll start this work out today. I'm a 200-pound 5'8 male and I consume around 3000 to 3500 calories a day. I don't have enough knowledge on diets. Can you please give me an advice on my diet? Do I have to cut my calorie per day? Any advise would help a lot. Thank you in advance!
