Can you train one week basics, one to learn static moves or it's better to combine them in a whole workout program?

Nice tips Ed! My form is currently not so good, but I train HF just occasionally. As you said, it is important to focus on move, train it regularly and follow progressions.

Really?
1: Practice,
2: Work out with "progression" in mind and not jump right to flagging if you can't do it yet (Who does this? Its literally not possible :S Its sort of implied, no?)
3: A decent distance between your hands.

I am not disagreeing with you here, but I find this to be a very, very weird list xD Two very generalistic advices that applies to almost everything and thuis a bit captain obvious, and one micro-tip relating to technique that I don't think I've seen anyone actually getting wrong. At least not by much. Not by so much I'd feel like I needed to give it top 3 spot at least. Pressing your chest forward? Pull your shoulder in/shorten the trap muscle(like in an active hang)? Use negatives to work on your progression? Focus more on lats and obliques than abs? This is stuff people get wrong all the time in my opinion.
