Hey,anyone out there) I need your help. I'm now like a 6 months of weight training. I use 4,5 kg dumbells but my legs don't feel it. I tried to use 6,5 for lower body and that is great cause I want my lower body to grow bigger although it's stronger but smaller than my upper body. It's all happened after I started my fitness journey. So I need your advice how can I make my workouts lower body building and upper strengthening at the same time( maybe you can suggest me some fitness ways that I could try to build my legs bigger(I do strength,barre,pilates,yoga,box and other)Thanks a lot)
