This go around I'm certainly trying my hand at reverse dieting, rather than just jumping back to bulking macros, Seeing as I have yet to try it and I have only heard a lot of good about it.

Oh it's so much more complicated lol, all you do is match macros and over all calorie intake with the numbers on the scale and what you look like. It's really not that hard. So if you want someone to gain weight you increase their macros so the scale shows they are putting on weight. Also you do still have macro percentages, because once you have set your calories you can work out the percentage of pros carbs and fats. You might not "work" in percentages but it will equate to it. Seriously guys it's not that hard, these guys do not have a metabolic equation, they just want to make it sound hard so we all buy into their coaching! No hate on you lex, great physique and great advice but all the best bodybuilders I've ever met don't even count calories, it's all judged by eye and the mirror. Eat good food and eat well and let the mirror tell you how you look. Obviously this is free and I can't complain it just sometimes seems like despite all this being 'free' your always looking for a way to get people to spend their money on your coaching. Plus more volume does work, preached and shown by Chris jones. Half arsed lazy workouts won't get you anywhere. 6 sets of biceps per week are you kidding me haha. Again no hate man but that was just funny.

but i wanna say i have a problem on shoulders because when i am training the shoulders, i feel they are pumped but after the workout around 1-2 hours, the shoulders seem like no difference! whats the problem?? i am so confused with the shoulders the growth of shoulders is really slow. so lex, can u make a talk about this and make a full shoulder workout? pls!!!!!!!!!!!

LEX- how long did your rotator cut injury out you out of training- because i injured mine 5-7 weeks ago and i still have got some pain in certain positions.
