Please do a detailed set of how to hit the rear delts because mine are lacking and I don't have much options to hit that part with
I am currently losing weight and I do upper/lower body splits. On upper body day I focus on all muscle groups with general exercises. I wouldn't be able to target and isolate each muscle as that would be long and hard to achieve for a beginner whose goal is to lose weight while maintaining or building some muscle mass. What do you think though

So true about packing your shoulders! It does go against the instinct we tend to have in all the more compound upper body movements. I had some impingement years ago & it got so much better when I strengthened my rhomboids & lats. I also think, as a reflex, I pack my shoulder to protect them bc of the injury. Explains completely why my back & shoulder girdle is super strong, but my delts basically don’t exist lol. Need to work on it w these tips
