dude just wanted to say thanks for being so real, this last year i started working out and tryna figure out what to do to get bigger and i never found your channel until just this last little bit after i stopped working out and lost five pounds so i was back to skinny 135, anyways the point is, finally got a program together because of how to the point you are and with giving the reasons why instead of just saying what to do, really helpful and its sick to have someone thats not out of this world built, like you said in one of your videos exactly what im wanting like you don't have the most insane body but its what you want and thats me too im just tryna be up at like 160, anyways i appreciate it, one question i did have was how do you keep your skin so clear and stuff, with all the protein shakes im eating yogurt for lactobacillus so i don't break out but still am a little, just wondering if maybe im getting too much protein (about 140 g per day), anyways just wondering about protein intake for optimal recovery and muscle growth and how to keep my skin clear
Can you please make a video of a complete strength training workout using just heavy weight plates, you had made one earlier but that was mainly to burn fat , I don't have a barbell rod or dumbbell rod at home and during lockdown facing problems getting fitness equipment delivered… Brother you can manage the time for it it would be nice in any case keep up the good work as usual take care and stay safe

Hey scott, did you ever watch the Dragonball Super Broly Movie? I like both brolys
but I like my B pecs! Seriously though, having large pecs was just something I couldn't cope with. It made me even more self conscious than when I was out of shape. Plus benching is the last thing on my mind since it's overrated or as Stephen Amell once said, it's generally for show whereas having the strength to do 25 pullups is impressive and is more likely to be useful in real life than having the strength to bench 300lbs.
