Why would you lower your CHO intake and increase your fat intake when you're not as active? If you keep calories the same then despite macronutrient consumption you'll still gain/lose weight. Yes, I understand CHO is the bodies primary energy source but calories determine weight loss and gain so that last point doesn't make much sense to me.

In regards to eating foods that your body can't handle, some foods u need to slowly introduce. For example fish oil, I started with 6grams a day. My stomach was a mess. I backed it down to 2 grams and slowly introduced more. Now u have 3 in the morning and 3 at night with no issues. Point being. Don't rule out foods too quick
when i used dymatze and mutant mass gainers, my day was mostly used up by tummy aches and diarrhoea.. it got slightly better with bsn's true mass. but when i tried ON's pro complex gainer, there weren't any stomach aches or diarrhoea at all and i feel way better 😀

I actually do the same, eating a lot of calories of food that agrees with you is much better, but wat other alternative for whey protein? I know I can build muscle without one, but it's more convenient post pr pre workout… I really dnt tolrate either milk or gluten, eggs are alright in moderation for me, so dried egg whites protein? Or wat shall I purchase omar?
Unfortunately for me Im gluten tolerant I can't eat oat meals, bread and pasta doesnt do well for my stomach.

Fats and carbs are easy – fats 0.3-0.4 g per lb of lean bodymass, remaining calories be carbs. No need to go over that recommendation on fats

Seriously this is the best informative video that you have ever made. Absolutely every other video can be thrown out the door just as long as everyone understands what you are telling them in this video. Knowing what foods to eat and knowing what works with ones own body and what does not is so fucking important. Everything a person does to be healthy ''for whatever reason'' can be all useless if they do not eat right.

You know what's really funny? Cheese and the whey protein constipate me, but milk itself or custard-like substances make everything come out, but also give gas… It's like both sides of the spectrum in one thing! Yet, if I am having problems, orange juice is like drano…then I feel better! 😉

Through research I am finding I should eat around 2500 calories a day along with 250 grams of protein. Is this correct? Is there anything else I should watch closely at the beginning?
