I feel the same exact way, I hate not having a set schedule especially for training, like I always prefer to train earlier in the day before 12 most of the time and I always try to get lots of the fruits and veggies in, and when I don't I never feel as good as when I have the fruits and veggies on deck.

omar, ive been a chris jones/tigerfitness/elliot hulse/twins etc.. follower but since you've come around, i find myself more than ever skipping their vids and going straight to your channel. such good videos, not too scientific, not to brosef…just right. My diet was slacking as well from the same exact issues you suffered from. but this video and your diet tips video have gotten me in gear. i just made a days worth of meals that agree with ME and its only 10am. thanks man!

I always go to the gym at like 8 or 9 and feel so wired right after that I cake out at 3 in the morning. Starting tomorrow (not today, I got a rest day ♪) I'm going to start training on an earlier basis and get a lot more sleep. Thanks Omar bruh!

I agree strongly with all 3 points you made Omar, I also find reading before bed makes me less groggy in the morning. I too have been struggling with all 3 because of work and school and trying to balance nutrition and sleep. Good grief! The things we do to be strong and look good lol

I get so sick if I don't get proper sleep. It destroys my entire day. Tired all day! And I'll get headaches and I feel like I'm about to throw up. Really bad when I don't get sleep. I'm guessing because I train so hard that my body breaks down and NEEDS sleep to recover. Without enough sleep my body is still broken down lowering my ability to fight sicknesses.

I don't like training in the mornings because I have less strength in the mornings.  I like training between 8-12 PM; somewhere in there.  I've eaten all day and I'm stronger and have more energy.  I'm a teacher and my work schedule is 7:503:20 with me being at school some days til 4 PM.  My choices are to workout from 4-6 AM or sometime from 8-12 PM.

OMAR i am also midle eastern i have almost same skin like you why doesnt diary and milk work so well for us?
