As you said before eating intuitive works for you, So How do you know when your body needs more fat, protein or carbs? and also when you off from the gym or cardio days, Do you eat more or just when lifting days?

Hey Natacha🤗 I am thinking about buying your Guide but I am a little bit confused of what equipment I‘ll need… In your description you said barbells and dumbells are enough but In your legday you used the smith machine 🤔 I am training at a crossfitbox so there aren‘t any machines…can I use the guide? I‘m so interested in your guide it sounds like a lot of fun and new skills to learn 😍

When you said you know whether your body needs extra fat/carbs etc, I was wondering if there's any particular signs for each of these? Like I know I need more carbs if I feel tired but I don't really know about fats or protein? Or is this more specific to each individual? I'm trying to not rely on tracking! X
