I work out as much as you (probably a little less strength training) but if I ate that much in a day I would blow up like a fat whale. It’s all about genetics imo

I don't count calories, but this just looks like a normal day of eating for me too. Wow. I thought 2800 kcal would be a lot more food. Makes me wonder how other people can do 1200 kcal a day 😰
I know this is old but I'm probably about your body type and I eat that many calories, thank you for making me realize I am not the only one who needs to eat that many calories!

I would love to watch a video blog of her actually eating all the food she claims to eat. Maybe a daily video of her eating those meals for a week. I honestly don't believe she eats the calories she claims to eat. One day video she can pull off but I doubt that she can eat those calories.
