Just finished day 4. I am not sure why the title made me think this was going to he easy. My heart rate really went up with the mat work. Great workout!

First time today and I’m in a immobility boot. Almost all workouts were possible. I’d like to think the boot was ankle weights 😀

This is a keeper for me! I love any workout that you incorporate booty bands in. Really love how you mix up different types of workouts and create these fusions. It makes people who may hate one type over another really enjoy doing the workout!

Thank you so much for this workout and the variations. I have tennis elbows (in both arms), so the variation without the weights was helpful. I miss weights workouts though!
