My biggest difficulty was not rolling my hips during the leg circles, particularly the big leg circles. I feel if my hips don't roll I can't make the circle as big…any tips? Also my thighs and gluteous maximus are totally burning!

dear FB, i am about to have my ACL/meniscus surgery, but i do not want to lose my shape and get fat. Which ones of your videos would you recommend best? I am also a climber, so my upper body and fingers strength are a must!

Yeah my body real aches all over like I've been beaten up i warm up first! will this workout alone help me to lose weight? As I'm menopausal no periods and i get tired easy, i need to lose 2 stones I work 12hours 4 days in a hospital or up to 6 days, sometimes, I leave home 6:30am and get home 9pm everyday so I'm to tired to workout to high intensity workouts please help by answering my questions asap thank you, I've also told my daughters and friends from work to do this workout and the circulation and mood yoga workout as it helps me a lot! I became less tired after doing this one and the circulation and mood yoga workout together🙏❤

I did this workout because I was tired tonight, and just needed to do something. This workout has some moves that are sneaky burns!
And, the explanation of the imprint really set the foundation for the leg drops for me. I was able to actually feel something for the first time doing that particular exercise. 🙂
