Loved this workout Amy! I'm a fan of kickboxing cause it's so much core work! I kept moving up and back on the punch moves and got a great sweat going1 This 66 year old grandma loves to workout! You are the best!
OMG! you hoped my heart was pumping but GIRL! It jumped out and jumped back in! Your channel is a success for a mama of 5 like me… with 15 months post partum.I stay on one video for 2 weeks and then on to another.. this is my 3rd and I'm sweating like crazy and my diastasis is not getting worse… actually it's closing in… Thank you so much for all you do.. One of my lockdown faves – great pace and intensity options plus I LOVE that you can do this in a smaller space without messing about with mats and dumbbells every time. Always sweating tons afterwards!!! More standing ones would be great too as I find them easier to flow through the routine without getting up and down every 2 mins 👌🏼❤️
