We are going to get your heart rate up with high intensity cardio and we will get the muscles burning all while doing it in a low impact way – no jumping or running but getting you working hard! HILIT, now that I know what it is all I can say is I'M HOOKED!!!!

LOVE,LOVE,LOVE this, Amy!!!! I can no longer do the high impact, joint destroying workouts. This got my heartrate soaring and I burned so many calories with NO JUMPS!!! Thanks. Please, please do more of these!!

Great format, Amy. The single repeat is very doable and there are so many exercises that I forgot what was still coming. But that second time gave me the chance to work on that form and be a little more intentional. Thank you for a great start to my day.

Loved it! Especially great for rehab and I liked how you encouraged us to stay low impact – you could jump but that’s not what this workout is about 💚
