Omg! This workout was amazing! I love the mix up format, it went so fast! Not a fan of kickboxing so did the other options. Especially love the tabata format, really pushs me because I know it’s only fir a short time. Just getting over short illness so really appreciate this great workout!

I thought the change in format was great! It seemed to trick my muscles into thinking “yeah, I can do this!” So I went back and did it again from the beginning of the tabata round!
