You are incredible Amy!
I have recently started following and have been checking out your older workouts – and these current ones will come in so handy if I have a bubba one day. Will recommend you to my friends. Ps, seeing you workout whilst pregnant just shows women don't have to give up their workouts – you're inspiring to watch. Big thank you, and YAY, you'll be holding your bubba in your arms soon!!! 😍

Great workout, Amy ! I didn’t realize all the arm exercises one can do with the mini band. I would love to see more full body workouts using the mini band. Love your videos!

Amy, I cannot thank you enough for your prenatal workouts. I haven't found anyone else out there who has as many workouts as you or who makes workouts for women who were fit before pregnancy. Your workouts have been a lifesaver! I love this mini band workout. More of these would be great in the future.

Love this! Your manner is so gentle and soothing, I love working with you. You look a bit tired though Amy…doing way too much I suspect.

Oh, Amy–You're apologizing for maybe not doing all of the work? You Are Good, Girl!! Look at you go when you were 7 months preggers! A-MAZ-ING! After starting the day with your Wedding Cardio Jam, I picked this resistance loop workout, because I don't have resistance bands, but I've got the loops 🙂 I am looking forward to a resistance loop core workout and maybe a combo loop workout with db's or a kb? 😉 🙂 Fabulous workout as always, Amy! XO-S

Amy, I love your workouts! You have the best modifications and your encouraging attitude without the drill-sergeant persona is so refreshing and motivating. I did this with the Light band to get familiar with range of motion. Looking forward to leveling up. Congrats on your baby!

Thank you so very much for this video. My 82 yr old mom, myself, and my wife all did your loop band exercise for the first time today. You are a fabulous instructor and the workout for us is a tad demanding but that’s what we want. Thank you again

First timer on your channel and I am sold! So much respect to you for kicking ass at this despite being heavily pregnant. Im not even pregnant and I struggled….
Been spending a lot of time looking for resistance workouts as I try to become more healthy and fit from a 100% sedentary lifestyle. This video seems doable yet really covers a full body workout at the same time, it's exactly what I was looking for! Thank you!

Didn't include a rating for durability since this product hasn't been used long enough to evaluate that bestgym.equipment These bands are very portable, as for travel use, and very compact and relatively lightweight. Suggested uses are included in the literature, but these can be used in the same way as tubular bands can. They can be used separately or combined to increase resistance at many levels. It is my suggestion to cover the band with some form of cloth or other when they are exposed to rough surfaces such as underfoot against concrete just a preventive measure, like wearing lifting gloves with weights.
