I am really loving the 25 minute workouts this month! I'm a teacher and wake up extra early to workout, but I don't always have time for a 45 minute workout, plus stretching. I would love to see more of these shorter workouts! Thanks Amy!

Hi AMY! I really LOVE THIS COMBO. Alternatively KETTLEBELL weight band and bodyweight. I would LOVE to do this ALL THE TIME! it kept my heart ❤ rate up the whole time and I'm sweating bullets over here 😆! I'm glad you saved the last round for bodyweight because I only had a little left in my tank but I did it. Thank-u so much AMY for this AMAZING workout!

I loved it too. These 25 minute workouts are no easier than the longer ones. There isn't a ton of rest and I'm loving it! I missed a few days but that's it. You are so motivating and enjoyable to exercise with, the best workout partner!

I know you're a woman on YouTube and I get it might help with overall views, but girl why do you wear make-up if sweating will get it into your eyes? Looked like it hurts! No one at home is doing your workouts with a full face of make-up, let's get real.

Good exercises. I think I would have liked either a shorter interval or at least 8 reps. For me it felt long.
This one snuck up on me! It started easy but really progressed. I can’t believe it was only 25 mins. Loved the variety with each round!
This was fun and different! I’m at my parents’ house for the week, so I only have access to dumbbells… made it work though! Looking forward to trying this one again when I’m home with all my equipment. Definitely enjoy adding the weights!
Really like the compex cardio – being able to go at whatever pace within the 4 minutes was great! Went for full burpees at the end there and man was I thrilled to hear there wasn't a bonus move after those! 😅
