Thanks so much this was a great workout!! I have been doing lots of your TRX workouts too! thanks so much.  I live in a very rural community and there is no gym around, so having your videos has been great.  I was just wondering if you could add some kind of buzzer noise in-between sets because sometimes I miss the start or the stop of a set? Thanks
