I loved this workout! I've been doing your workouts since August pretty regularly, but sometimes struggle with pain from bad knees. I loved how much this stretched my knees and helped me sloow things down a little bit.

Love this so much, Amy! Been working out with you for the past 6 years or so. My lower back has always been weak and became even worse after my daughter was born 4 years ago. This was such a great slow strengthener. I can’t do most Pilates workouts but this was great! Looking forward to more Pilates beginner workouts!
Wow, what a great beginner video. I consider my core to be at medium strength but when you do just basic exercises like these, it tells you where you really are at! Looking forward to doing more of these videos!

Awesome Pilates workout Amy! My core doesn't have a lot of strength but by doing your workouts daily, I can see small changes. Most pilates workouts are hard for me but I could do this one easily, so could you please make more pilates videos of intermediate level? Pretty Please ❤️🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻
I do my exercises with you Amy since 2017 and I like to try new videos and also stretch myself a little more despite my senior age 🙂. Since last week I was suffering from stomach flu therefore no exercises 😞and this morning decided to start with something light as I am still healing. I loved this exercise. It looks like I discovered this video a year late but immediately recommended to my friend. Many Thanks Amy being with me since 5 years and leading me to a fit body at the age of 60 !!!😳.
