My favorite bonus move ever! I love the mobility/recovery focused workouts on Thursdays, just what I need during a long week.

That felt like a hip sculpt workout😅 quick question…do I need to bend my knees when I walk out and walk back in for an inchworm, or is it best to try and keep your knees straight?
