That felt like a hip sculpt workout😅 quick question…do I need to bend my knees when I walk out and walk back in for an inchworm, or is it best to try and keep your knees straight?

Loved this today. It's been so hot in the UK I haven't been motivated to work out at all but decided I needed it so went for the cardio versions of everything, got sweaty and lots of happy endorphins 🙂 Thanks Amy!
