I like these kind of workout seemed low impact in beginning but then I started running little faster and that eight workout with pillow was one of the best moves as it distracts you from boring knee lift exercises and more focus is on moving the cution.I completed this workout loved it.thanks for being so kind and dedicated at making free workouts.

Thankyou so much Lucy for this great workout. I have backache issues so not able to do intense exercise. I just do walking and started doing this workout since 4 days. Though I haven't dropped any pound but feeling a bit slimmer waistline…it's just amazing 🙂

excellent workout the lunges were a challenge for me because I had to lift to opposite side but to my surprise the pillow, pole and chair I was able to do and felt it all ty again for an amazing workout Lucy your the best. I had lost so many inches all my clothes are roomy,

Thank you Lucy…I have been following your tutorials every day since we've been sheltering in place due to COVID and along with diet changes, I am noticing definite results in the way my clothes are now beginning to fit comfortably and the scale results are looking better too!! When I started today, I told myself I only had to do 10 minutes since I have only ever done your, 7, 10 and (rarely) 15 minute work-outs. I DID IT!!!! And I feel great! Patting myself on the back and writing this at the same time. 🙂 THANK YOU, LUCY! You are the BOMB!
Day 13 on this 30 day shred and I just wanted to thank you. I've been doing your workouts for the past 6 weeks and I'm loving it. I'm feeling more confident, happy and I look forward to work out every day. Workout shouldn't be exhausting, expensive and boring.

All your excercises are amazing and definitely give results. I have tried and still am following few of your excercises daily. It has helped me too. I m very tempted to follow this one. Is it knee friendly. There are so many videos available to loose belly fat ,but no one tells if it is safe for bad knees. When you have knee problem,you feel scared to workout and that how you put on weight .so it is important to k know. Thank you. Stay blessed.♥️

This is a great workout! 🙌 It doesn’t especially feel like it while you’re doing it. But you can tell after the fact. This will be in my rotation.. THANK YOU LUCY! 👏🏼💃🏻💯
