coach..this is my 3rd day of this workout..my plan is to do this every morning, cept saturday which is clean the house day..does this effective? or i have to do this twice a day..can you tell me the best plan to avoid injuries but still make the moops go away..im 35 and i've been fat all my life..nice workout btw..my infant always likes to see his old man almost died everytime i do this, so..there's that..

This is a real ass kickin work out, I am 49 and haven't been very active after a neck issue. Nearly 2 years of pills and therapy. this is tough on my old ass. bravo
