IMPORTANT DISCLAIMER: Some people may see my video titles as click-bait. YouTubers optimise their video’s meta data for discovery due to how the algorithm is like. This isn’t anything new. Most people who’ve been watching YouTube for years would understand this. If you’re unhappy and get triggered by this, well, this channel isn’t for you then. I’ve provided free workout schedules and programs since day 1 and have always optimised my meta data as such so that’s not going to change.

Having said that, it doesn’t mean the workout do not work. You will still see results by following a suitable program schedule, watching your diet, being in a deficit or surplus (based on your goals), doing exercises in good form, etc. These are all equally important factors. You’re not going to get abs, grow a booty, grow biceps magically from 1 or 2 videos, in 1, 2, 3 or 4 weeks cause everyone is different. I’ve explain multiple times throughout videos throughout my channel over years that it takes time and lots of factors, so don’t take a video title out of context. Targetting fat loss is not scientifically proven. Everyone is different and it takes time.

When doing any home workouts, do take precaution to exercise in a safe environment, and if you need help or you’re not seeing results, I suggest seeing a health and fitness professional to give you tailored advice on your exercise form and dietary needs. It’s strange because I should be proud to that I’ve started a more healthy lifestyle and embrace it

Weight : 79.10 kgs

Day 1 : did it in the 1 time in the morning Took 45 mins to complete it.. Idk but I found the resting time more difficult than actually doing the exercises.. I could feel my heartbeat in my brain and ears while resting so it was kinda difficult .. But it slowed down while doing the set 4…my heartbeat in the evening was like 86 per hour while was high… I think I need some time for recovery… My muscles ain't sore and the exercises are kinda easy to perform but are actually tiring

Day 2 : also took 45 minutes today to complete it.. But I didn't felt as tiring as day 1 and my heart beat has also decreased while performing these than day 1.. Can do all the exercises but quite slowly.. These exercises are really fun

Day 3 : today I took 36 mins to do it.. So proud of myself.. Let keep up this great work… 😭 😭 😭 😭

Day 4 : I took 40 mins to do it… Idk why I felt like giving up… But I still did it… 😭

I'm 15 years old and weight about 60 kg 😢. But from 2 months i am doing ur workout and this is my 4 or 5 challenge I don't remember properly 😅. Now my weight is 50 😌. Im so happy with the results. Thanku Chloe ☺️☺️

i’m 14 about 80kg /176 lbs and 178/5’10 and i don’t feel good about the way that i look so i’m giving myself a challenge. i’m gonna eat healthy and work out every day for a year. see you in 2022 january 30th.
