Do what feels right for you. 99.9% of natural bodybuilders like scott would probly be best off with around 10 to 12 sets to put on the most mass. Most of you agree?

24 sets.. low volume training doing 1 set to failure per exersice is faster an better. 24 sets way to much yur just spinning yur wheels

Hello, have you tried "Musclegend" (search on Google)? There you can watch a great free video explaining how to pack on noteworthy muscles easily. It made it easier for James to overcome his muscle mass building stagnation and thus gain toned muscle free of fat very fast. It might help you out too…

Hi, have you considered "Musclegends" (just search Google)? There you can watch a great free video explaining how to gain notable muscle easily. This made it easier for James to break through his muscle development plateau and thus pack on chiseled lean muscle free of fat super fast. It may help you too.

My best friend used to be bullied. He said he was gonna get bigger muscle mass. I laughed… Until in only weeks he added 40lbs of natural muscle mass. He used the Muscle Building Bible – look in Google. He does not get bullied any longer.

I actually registered earlier this week. Not to mention the mans emails are fucking excellent!!!

I love this film. Youtube is fantastic for this sort of thing.My step brother was previously bullied. He said he was about to get bigger. I didn't believe him. Til in a matter of weeks he added 40lbs of pure muscle. He used the Muscle Building Bible – look for it in Google. No-one dares to intimidate the man now. I subscribed a few days ago. And this guys emails are cool…

This is fucking overtraining, i do fucking 12 sets once a week and i got 17.6 inches arms. dont do 24 sets
