Thank you for acknowledging that most people watching are mirroring your moves. HIIT workouts are usually really intimidating to me, this wasn't easy, but I felt like I could handle it and I'm definitely going to do it again.
Except for the side plank at the end, I really liked this one! Realistic moves for realistic people!
