This was a perfect "rest day" workout…after hitting it hard all week with strength training, took yesterday off, then did this workout before afternoon cardio. Perfect to stretch those muscles and work them without fatiguing them. Would love to see more of the band workouts. Thanks Amy !

Hi Amy, I must confess that I've had the mini bands for 1 year in a package, never used it until today with you. Great introduction as trapped at home due to covid. You were great and pleasant too. Funny thing though, my band didn't stay as "flat" as yours on the legs…lol. Thank you!

I was really surprised by how good a job this one does engaging different muscles! I really enjoyed the two mini band approach and will be looking at the other mini band videos.

Thank you for always coming up with such great workouts! Your workouts always feel completely safe, and it's easy to keep good form while still keeping up with you. That first ab exercise was super good for my (some times cranky) lower back! 🙂

That hurt, but I really loved it. Never seen a two band workout before so this was really great. I only wanted to do a ten minute workout, but I ended up doing the full thing minus the warmup since I had already done 4 other workouts before this. I shall be doing this a lot.

I love these bands. They are lightweight and compact for traveling. I recommend buying two sets as it is helpful when doing squats to hold the same tension in each hand while stepping on bestgym.equipment the bands. They offer a wide range of tension. The width and flat shape makes them comfortable to hold or use on your legs. This is a great alternative to a noisy machine when you want to exercise while watching tv.
