So I needed a lower impact workout today…this was low impact but so intense! Can't believe how much I was sweating in 22 minutes!

So glad I rediscovered this workout! I often use the 10 minute standing Pilates during work breaks; this longer one was great for after work. I would love more standing Pilates routines of different lengths! I've noticed I have to be careful not to lock out my elbows on the side lunge-hands behind & to the ceiling move. So appreciate modifications and encouragement!
I'm currently 27 weeks pregnant, but was able to mostly keep up! This was a great one even though my belly throws me off balance sometimes. Keep it up!

I wasn't sure what to do today, but with a bit of back strain, this was pitched just right. I added very light weights for the middle and some of the last section. Very thorough and clear, thank you, Amy!
My glutes are On Fire! Yes, 23 minutes later, I am sweating. I really like how you build up intensity in your workouts.
nearly didn't do thid one because,meh,pilates-so glad i did!challenged my super weak points-balance&arms,by the end i was pretty much just flapping about!Brilliant strong low impact workout 🙂

This was my first of your Pilates workouts I tried…absolutely not my last! I really wasn't feeling like moving today & this was just the tonic I needed. No high impact with functional movement that got my heart pumping. Great job Amy!

Why did I think this was going to be easy? Had a cheeky nap and set an alarm to do this before picking kids up from school. Imagined me all serene and stretching to wake up 😂😂 I loved it though! ❤️
I wish there was a way to “super like” a video. I have over 70 of Amy’s videos liked but I come back to this one quite a bit. It’s great because it’s a bit shorter for those tight times and you will absolutely feel it the next day. There is no high impact in this one and even though I know I don’t have to do any high impact in any of Amy’s videos, my competitive side always does. Thanks so much for this one and all the others. Completed this standing pilates workout today as I substituted it for the mat pilates on today's August calendar. Floor exercises kill my hips. Have a great day. Great workout. Much harder than I thought.
