Shoulders and Back
1. Lateral DB raises – 15 reps x 3 rounds
2. Shoulder press – 10-12 reps x 3 rounds
3. Front raises – 15 reps x 3 rounds
4. Single arm row – 10-12 reps x 3 rounds
5. Arnold press 10-12 reps x 3 rounds
