20MIN Total Body Workout – Heather Robertson

This Total Body Workout is only 20Min and uses dumbbells for resistance. Two full body circuits to get though combining strength and bodyweight cardio exercises for a head to toe sweat sesh that is effective even when you are short on time. Let’s get it!!

Equipment Needed:
Dumbbells: I used 5, 10 and 25 pounds
Exercise mat or other soft surface. The Mat I use:

Workout Breakdown:
0:00 Intro
Warm Up

Circuit One (40s work + 20s rest x2 rounds)
Goblet Squat
Deadlift
Jumping Jacks
Side Lunges + Raise
High Knees

Circuit Two (40s work + 20s rest x2 rounds)
T- Push Ups
Rear Delt Flys
Tricep Kickback
Overhead Press
Mountain Climbers

Cool Down & Stretch
