Official 2019 Mr. Golden Era Rules:
-Entry Fee of $20 must be paid
-Entry must be submitted between November 23rd 2019 and November 30th 2019
-Entry must be uploaded to youtube, and set to public, title the video with “Your Name, 2019 Mr. Golden Era entry”
-Link to video entry must be emailed to me at nicksstrengthandpower@gmail.com
-Must be wearing some form of posing trunks NOT underwear
-Entry must include all 8 mandatory bodybuilding poses plus the three classic poses (vacuum pose, victory pose, crucifix pose)
-Entry video must include proof of date that entry was filmed in the time window of Nov. 23rd- 30th 2019.
-Lighting, camera/ camera angle, tan, posing oil are all UP TO YOU

honestly i like portrait mode better if the video is uploaded on youtube where you can full screen it on your phone portrait mode. It looks real good. Doesnt look good on pc obv
