Tried this. did not have enough 10s. So i put a 45,5 10s and a 5 on each side an went down to 135 which made 60 reps. then did as many as possible @ 135 until I got to 100. Then started going back up to 245. i didnt get 200 though, only got to 170 🙁

as a matter of fact i can run a 6 minute mile and bench press 300 5 times so yeah i could do this shit like as if i was alseep but home boy wouldnt dare step on no tred mill cause he would lose his bench while i am super fast and super strong oh yeah homey!
