starting at 245lbs, 10 reps, taking off 20 lbs each 10 reps then building back up by 20lbs all the way up to 245lbs for a total of 200 reps:)

this system of training u use it at the begining of the workout orat the end?
Tried this. did not have enough 10s. So i put a 45,5 10s and a 5 on each side an went down to 135 which made 60 reps. then did as many as possible @ 135 until I got to 100. Then started going back up to 245. i didnt get 200 though, only got to 170 🙁
He looks so much stronger a year on! Not to say he doesn't look like a beast now though!

HELL of a work out, man. Mad props. I probably couldn't even do HALF as many reps. I definitely wanna try this type of training, though.
