Omg. I finished week 6 conditioning day of Dancer Scult, 10 min booty band workout for day 16 of the December workout calendar and then 200 MOTHER FRICKIN SQUATS! I keep proving my body is capable of more thanks to Maddie's encouragement. 💫

this was so good, I liked that it didn't have time and I could just do the squats with you cause it helped me with keeping my attention on the video and staying focused and the workout felt a lot quicker that way, so thank you, I usually get distracted and caught up in my head about how hard it is but in this one I didn't have time for that djkfjh

Hello. Been following you to the T but i hesitate each time I see squat-heavy or "booty" workout because i have a big bubble/plump butt already and I dont want to do anything to make it bigger. 🙁 My goal is actually to make it smaller. Anyone suggest if I should do these squats anyway or better if i do something else like a cardio workout? Need your advice, thanks so much <3
