200 lbs – 90 kg Dumbbell Chest Press – MattDoesFitness

This is a quick video I made from my session this morning. Basically, a hand injury is preventing me from doing regular bench press & so today as an alternative, I had a go at some heavy dumbbell bench or chest press. I worked my way up to a set of 4 reps with 45kg / 100lbs dumbbells & I’m pretty pleased with it.
