Hlw beautiful person scrolling down da comments can't really say my diet was strict I cheated here and there I didn't add any other workout to this I did only this workout for 3 weeks once a day and I lost 8lbs Lucy is da queen we all need

Dear lady, I think you are a real life saver. I've been doing you 7 days challenge and I lost 3 cm on my belly; now I'm doing this workout every day since I quit the challange and it is so astonishing to see how my body is reshaping. Hi , Your workout routines are so valuable. I have a quick question please. I have been 109 lbs. for fifty years ( 5'5") , always physically active at work on a daily basis. Now, retired, still always eating healthy foods,drinking water,etc. I have gained seven pounds since March. I had never been able to gain weight even when I tried:) …I feel the difference and would like to take off at least five out of the seven. What is the best exercise routine in your program that you would recommend? I am doing at least two workouts a day. Thank you so much for your talent and your time in reading my message. Stay safe.

Loving these workouts! Discovered Lucy last year after I had major surgery and couldn't go to the gym had hand surgery a little after so these were perfect. GI tile me to becareful while exercising after a bowel obstruction this year…had a little of bad luck. Have been able to stay active lost 40+lbs gained muscle and feeling better about myself. Thank you Lucy❤❤💪🏋

Find ur workouts very versatile! Was searching for a low impact aerobic yet full body toning exercise n so happy to find yours as my doc advised me to start aerobics as I was suffering from high heart rate
