I love this TRX workout, I think that I’m going to try it in the gym tonight. I’ve had a membership for almost two years and I’ve only been once but I’ve recently lost 38 pounds and I’m feeling confident, I hope.

I went to the gym last night and did this workout, and I’m really sore, ouch! I didn’t think that I would be, but my triceps, biceps, quads, hamstrings and butt are really sore, great workout.

I loved this workout! As a beginner it allowed me to focus on the moves instead of feeling like im about to pass out compared to other TRX workouts ive tried.

I love your workouts, especially because you offer so many options for different fitness levels! The lower body blast was one of my favorites. I just did the upper body blast for the first time today and I did have a question about it. I’m wondering if you have any suggestions to modify the floor work to make it easier on the wrists? I had to skip most of the end of this video because I have problems doing so much weight bearing through my wrists.
Can I get muscle definition in my arms and back doing these workouts with TRX and bodyweight only?
