"Exhausted but Awake" is the best way to describe the way I am right now. Doing one of the HASfit routines followed by a shower followed by meditation has become my morning ritual. 25/Dec/21 Merry Christmas Hasfit team! THank you for being there for me over the past year. THis was new to me and I was doing it with 4kg pair. So I was wondering if Id get through it. But with Claudias modifications (for the plank one) I got through them! Thank you again!
