Great workout! I am sweating a lot but I am not able to do quadricep stretch…can't touch my toe 😔
Surprisingly intense. I think it is the longer durations of each move. Couldn't complete some of them. Let's see how I do next time.

Hi I liked some of the exercises but for me there was too much bending over which I didn't feel comfortable with maybe I will get better at them with practice.

Thanks for the workout. I would love if the workouts had a buzzer to know when to end the exercise. I FaceTime my friend while doing the workouts, so we turn the volume down. We watch the hosts perform and then we follow along and encourage each other.

This workout is great. I have knee issue but was able to modify to complete this! You guys are amazing!
Good preview. Good form. Nice calm voice. I used weights. I can’t imagine being a beginner and doing this although you advise to make it work for you. The exercises were long with no breaks. Good to see use of water bottles because not everyone has weights. Thanks!
