Hi Sarah! I just wanted to thank you for your youtube videos!! I'm 31 weeks along and was trying to keep up with my other videos that weren't for pregnancy because I didn't look into other options. Watching your videos has been so helpful for me because I actually feel like I am still working out and breaking a sweat while also learning why we make the modifications we do. Watching you go thru your pregnancy and doing the same exercises has made me trust your guidance even more! I especially appreciate your honesty that doing the video over again or adding others to it is a good option when you feel up to it. Keep it up, momma!

i'm not pregnant, but decided to try this anyway b/c i wanted something a little less intense than your other kettlebell workouts (which i love) – i used 25lbs & amped it up a little in parts (swings instead of deadlifts) – it definitely did the trick, even without the compound exercises, it still worked up a good sweat! thank you! love your channel!

I actually use this workout when I want something low impact but enjoy using the kettle bell. I did wish I had a workout like this when I was pregnant with my daughter 7 yrs ago. I did however stay fit from beginning all the way to the end. It helped my pregnancy so much too to keep active. Thx Amy!!! 😄

Hey Amy. Loved this! Thank you! I combined it with the prenatal TRX :). Quick question – I’m 28 weeks pregnant…athletic and very active for years prior to pregnancy…healthy and not high risk. Is it safe to do kettlebell swings with about 25-30lb kettlebell or can this cause Diastasis? As of right now, I think there is a tiny less than 1 finger separation right at my belly button but above it is still intact and I’d like to keep it that way HAHA! Curious about your thoughts on that :). Thanks in advance!

You are amazing! I'm happy that I find work out with kettelbell during pregnancy. I'm in 6th month, but I am afraid about raising hands high. A lot of mum's around me, say me that during pregnancy we shouldn't put our hands up high…

Thank you for creating this video Amy this is one of my favorites of yours. I’m 16 weeks now and I like to workout to your videos most days. This one leaves me sweating and a bit sore the next day so I know I’m building muscle 👍🏿👍🏿👍🏿 thank you!

I'm 30 weeks. This is one of the harder workouts simply because you're using a heavier weight. Be careful with heavier weights during pregnancy if you are not used to weight training because you don't want your body making too much lactic acid. I have a 15 lb kettle bell but that is probably on the heavier side for late pregnancy unless you are used to it. Keep in mind that you can also use a 8 or 10 pound dumbbell in place of a kettle bell if you don't have one or need something lighter.

I love this! I am 10 weeks with my third baby, and was doing CrossFit before. I needed to take a break from CrossFit for other reasons besides the pregnancy, but your videos help me feel like I’m still getting a solid work out, taking care of my pregnant body, and not losing muscle. Thank you!

By functional I mean you can comfortably swing or carry it bestgym.equipment around as one would expect of a kettlebell weight. By versatile I mean the protective coating does not prevent attaching magnetic micro-plates to increase the weight, so, for example, a 35 pound kettlebell can be increased by up to 5 pounds in weight or possibly a bit more by attaching magnetic micro-plates.
