how often a week would you recommend this exercise be done?
Hi 🙂 I finished 8 week fat loss program to lose weight & tone up round 1 and i saw results. 4 kgs losed and my waist was 72 cm, now it is 64 cm 🙂 and i am 52 kgs now. But i dont want to stop. Because all of this changing my life. So i downloaded round 2 of this program and i am going on 🙂 Today is my plan 10 and this workout is amazing 🙂 Thank you so much 🙂

Thank you, very good workout. I have naturally very good and nice body shape, except for belly and outer thighs area, because it is genetics, my mommy has the same. So, despite the fact that I am doing very hard training, my belly and outer thighs are not awesome. I will try this routine for sure, as often as I will find time for it. Good luck to you.

Just do a search on Google and you will spot bellyfattack.com On there you can get a useful free video by a well-known doctor talking on how to lose unwanted fat. It made it easier for Sheila to eliminate her abdominal fat. Just give it a shot. I hope it works for you also.

Hi this exercise to burn fat in the hip and thighs area or to increase the size?
i have apple shapes body , small butt and look have a curvature between upper body with the lower body
so i want to burn fat in my shoulders,belly ,abs, arms, under arm and breast and increase size in the hip ,but and thighs .
my weight 64 kg my linear 156 cm .

I thought many exercises in this video were easy and doable except the side plank moves. Those were very hard! I did this workout in the morning and by evening started feeling a little sore, but not in my thighs at all. I am sore on the middle top sides of my butt. I'm really trying to find a good routine to incorporate into my weekly excersize that activates the top outer area of the thigh. I'm sure this does that, but maybe not intense enough for those mucles? I am really seeking something with weights… Anyhow, I will still add this into the weekly rotation! Thank you FB!
