Really nice workout! I'm not pregnant nor did I have an injury, I'm just lazy and not athletic.

I'm suffering from a shoulder injury and haven't been able to work out for 2 months because of it. I usually do HITT workouts but as Im not able to move my shoulder much yet this workout was perfect for getting me moving again but not adding extra strain to my injury. Thanks!

I'm going through a hearth break and I haven't been working out for a month and a half (which is a first for me since I've started to work out regularly, 6 years ago). This video just helped me getting back on track! Thank you so much! xox

Just tried this. I've been doing a lot of her short workouts for telecommuting breaks during the work day. This is how I raved about it and Amy on my Spark People teams: [this workout is] very gentle & encouraging, clearly cued, builds the movements, offers lots of modifications to take up or down. It has a nice balance of cardio and strength. She is by far my favorite instructor out there!

I really enjoy this workout. I haven’t worked out except walking my dogs for over a year. How long should I do this workout before I move up to another workout?

stunning physique. I like this beginner dumbbell better than the one you did in 2017 because you are actually working us out instead of all that teaching, Thank you for this. I will be doing this three to four times weekly.

Please do more like this for beginners! I’m

I’m getting back into shape after using your newer workouts doing the peak of coronavirus lockdowns. I was really really happy that this video didn’t have the MUSIC that you’ve added to your newer videos. What do others think about the music that you’ve been using in the new videos? I find it really stressful and not at all helpful.
