Great workout. Very well cued so that the form was where it needed to be. The only thing i would change would be timer that says how much left in each set (there were tough today and i can push myself if i know how much is left). Thank you!

30/Sept/21 Thank you HasFit team. Ive been working out with you guys for months now. First with the 15 min then the 20 min and Im attempting the 25min ones now though I dont see too many of those out (hint hint). Id been avoiding HIIT from you guys thinking that would be impossible for overweight me but I see Claudias modifications are perfect for me. You guys think of everyone. Thank you so much!
