Pheeeewwwww this 20 min workout gave a good sweat! Couldn’t do no more than 4 push ups (I have never been able to conquer those). But i didn’t give up! Thanks again! I can’t wait to start seeing some results.

On another note, I have a confession and request. Pushups are just something I can't seem to master at all. I can still do them from the knee but not from the up top. I believe my posture and technique might not be correct. Coach Kozak, can you please do a separate, detailed video on how to do a pushup properly? Thank you for everything that you do!

I've been trying to lose weight since last year but finding that motivation to get up change and drive all the way to the gym just wasn't happening. I eventually quit . Just this January I realized I would never be content with the way my body looked and felt so for kicks and giggles I went on YouTube and found your channel! I downloaded the app I bought shirts and now I have been working out with y'all at least 5 days out of the week with no excuses!! My thighs measured 30 inches around and they now are 25inches I used to not be able to do a single squat and now 30+ is a breeze. I have less knee pain and my posture has improved. I love the motivation you give during each work out and I love the fact there are modifications!! I've told everyone I know about y'all .!

The only thing in this I could not do was the wall squat kick/march. Have to work up to that. I did the wall squats at least. This one was brutal.

In our city from August 17-31st we have had 19 shootings and multiple deaths in these shootings. This is not normal for our city.
Why do You work out? Is it because you want to turn into something or is it because you love the workout. I love that you guys are modest… it's good for me and hubby. I wish you didn't constantly suggest that we're about to quit though. Talk us through loving the workout moment.
