Hey friends!! I wanted to try this out to see how many calories I can burn in 20mins because I know how busy you all can be. I hope this shows just how much of a difference even 20mins can make and how many calories you can keep burning even after you finish your workout.
WORKOUT (20mins):
-6 mins treadmill sprints (20s on 20s off)
-1 min rest
-6 mins bikel sprints (20s on 20s off)
-1 min rest
-6 mins sled runs (alternatively do deadmill sprints) (20s on 20s off)
-1 min rest

The results here were a surprise for me, I didn't think I'd burn so much even after the 20mins were over but hopefully it shows just how much you can do in 20 minutes even if you're in a hurry!

Maybe it's because a have a sportsband and not a heart rate monitor but how do you burn that many calories in a 20 minute rutine??? I'm doing 15-20 minute HIIT workouts and I burn like 130 calories, maybe my band is not that accurate😅

I know this is old, but genuinely curious as to what your true resting heart rate is? Or your VO2 max. Have you ever had it tested? Also do you have any content on your experience with the Iron Man? Can you tell I'm bored? lol Also, injured so just dreaming of my next adventure when my foot heals. 🙂

Now that's what an HIIT training should look like, I have gone close to the level of laying on the ground when you're finished and barely being able to walk to the car, if you do a HIIT workout and you are still smiling and barely sweating than that's not HIIT, props to this girl who is not bullshitting anybody by selling fake workouts and abusing names
