Evening Joe! Couldn't take part this morning as I got in at 2am from a friends 30th birthday party (where many g&t's were consumed!). However, made it my goal to still complete the workout this evening to give myself an injection of energy – goal accomplished! Love the youtube content, thanks!

My first ever hiit training workout was this video. I finished but I had to stop a couple of times. I will be doing this 3x's a week. Great work. Keep it up.

This was my first time doing this workout. I enjoyed it, those pike push-ups are harder than they look! I think I could do 40/20 (use my own timer). Thanks Joe, love your workouts x

I found out that 20 min of HIIT workout is sufficient for my current level of fitness. I'm glad to survive the whole time after a long break.
