Attention, expecting moms! Get ready for a prenatal workout appropriate for any stage of your pregnancy (*of course, always listen to your body and check with your physician before doing any form of exercise). I’ve created a mix of essential strength exercises and stretches from my “Sexy Confident Mama” Prenatal Workout Series to keep your body pain-free and strong while preparing for birth. I’ll be using an exercise band, but you can also do this workout with light free weights or no equipment.

Thank you! 29 weeks on Saturday and I didn’t pass the 1 hour non-fasting test glucose test and now have to do the fasting 3 hour glucose test. 😬

Thanks for this workout! I'm early in my pregnancy but was told to take it easy… No cardio, no high heart rate. I still want to be active though so I am doing these type of workouts and walking.
The warm up was static stretches that took up 5 minutes and were impossible if you're in the third trimester!
I'm 8 weeks along and trying to stay active but it's hard when I'm so tired all the time. This workout is perfect, not too long but enough to get me moving

Not for me. She is way too full of energy and exuberance for my liking. I don't like having to wear shoes in my house to do exercises with a band. Also, it's not mentioned, but women who are farther along need to be careful with some of the moves like push-ups. Doing frontal plank type exercises incorrectly can cause DR.
Im only 4 weeks pregnant but I will definitely start this now and throughout my pregnancy! 😊💜

My friend is a physiotherapist and she recommended this workout for me. She said not all pregnancy workouts are safe, but that this one is great. I’ve been doing this at least a few times a week if not everyday and I feel great and more prepared for my birth this time. Aiming for a VBAC! Good luck to all expecting moms!
