Im very active. I train martial arts 4 days a week and lift 2x a week. I got sick with the RONA and couldnt workout for 8 days. Finally on day 9 of being stuck inside I did this workout and I feel like a GOD. Thank you!!!!
I’ve been doing this workout 2-3 times a week since July 2021 and 6 months later I see a difference, toned arms, shoulders back, buttocks, legs and waist!
